I just found mint and cream oreos at the store - regular oreos with both the white and mint cream in them (but they taste just like the mint oreos that were around years ago in a limited area).
Anyway, it excites me! :)

I'm addicted to the chocolate cream Oreos. I can't even buy them anymore, because I'll eat the whole bag all by myself, which ain't a pretty site, before or after. (inconspicuously brushes chocolate crumbs off chin) BTW, I read somewhere that they use smashed oreo dust in action films when they want to show soot on someone's face. The makeup people would hate me because I'd be licking it off. LOL! |

I saw those Mint Oreos at Sam's Club but fortunately I was feeling strong and managed to walk on by.
In another internet life-the one that Ed and I met in by the way-my online name was OriElse but most people called me Orio or Cookie so Oreos became a favorite around here.
I love the chocolate ones, and the Mint, but...
Now those lil mini Oreos...there can't be much guilt there can there?

I don't like mini-Oreos. If I could just have tons of cream and a bit of cookie, that would be perfect. The mini-cookies don't have nearly enough cream!
I bought only one bag of mint but may give myself an extra half hour or so on the treadmill today just in case. :)

Even with the double stuff, I take the cookies apart and put the two cookies with cream together!
I need at least quadruple stuff. Heck, a double doozie from the Great American Cookie company would do the job...:) Thankfully I can control myself with sweets at least a little!

WARNING! WARNING! I visited the brand new Baskin Robbins in my neighborhood last night. On the wall was a huge poster advertising, " Coming Soon! Chocolate Oreo Flavor!"
ACK! I'm in trouble now...two of my favorite things, Chocolate Oreos and ice cream, together at last. Just call me Jabba the Hutt now and get it over with... |

I hadn't heard of mint oreos until I saw this thread. So, Of course, I had to dash out and buy some for Sam and Molly, my grandkids, and if you believe that I have this oceanfront property in Oklahoma that I can get for you really cheap. But alas, they didn't get over here quickly enough and I-don't-know-what-happened! They're gone! |
