Ajax 'Easter Eggs' are special features that can only be accessed by using your DVD player’s remote control. They're usually 'outtakes' or trailers that don't appear on the discs 'special' menu. Some, like the ones on the 'Gladiator' and 'Moulin Rouge' discs, are very cool.
Others don't amount to much. But finding and triggering them is half the fun! Interested? See the link below.

fantayzya Easter Eggs are such fun! I have to admit though that I tend to forget to check for them. As is the case with Moulon Rouge. I imagine after watching that one that the eggs are way kewl.

I'll be checking them out now, that's for sure!

Great idea for a topic!

Ajax,

I use the dvd player on my IBM StinkPad T20. Would I be able to access easter eggs that way? The software is Mediamatics for IBM. Are there easter eggs that you know of on any of the Disney dvds? I currently have some of the classics collections that come in the tins, as well as Mary Poppins and Peter Pan.

Thanks,

Ajax Hi Tink-

I should think that if you can use the controls on your laptop to access the DVD menus, then you should be able to use them to open the Easter Eggs.

Here's a link that goes to the alphabetical listng of movies that have Easter Eggs. I only have 'Fantasia' and 'Fantasia 2000' on DVD, and haven't looked. I think I'd better!
