On the way home from the doctor yesterday (my dermatologist is 2 hours away!), I figured I'd stop and see if I could find some clothes for an upcoming cruise. I almost went to the Salvation Army (which I don't normally do), I don't want to spend much - but ended up spending less than a thrift store. :) My favorite buy was Levis - they only had size 16 short, which is just a tiny bit smaller than me (that is changing) - but I bought 5 pairs at $3.99 apiece. They won't work for the cruise, but hopefully for the RADP meet later in the year. I bought a pantsuit for the cruise for $9.99, a dress for $1.99, pants for between $1.99 and $3.99, etc. I picked up probably 25 or so pieces of clothing for $110.00 between Bealls Outlet and JC Penneys. For that price, the clothing is practically disposable!
Anyway, I always love a bargain. :)
