As some of you know, I'm an amatuer photographer. This might be apparent when I spoke of getting out of my house during a flood and all I took was my purse, my cat and my cameras. :)
Well, I got my photos back today from a leisure shoot I did at my parent's house. It's my habit to shoot the same framed shot 2 or 3 times to make sure I weed out eye blinks, blurred images or just bad lighting. Imagine my surprise when these two shots came back:

There's also a cute story on how MY cat became to be my SISTER'S cat, but I'll tell that one at another time. Let me know when you discover what the differences are in these photos! :D

Very funny..and cute! Your cat is sticking it's tongue out at you! |

hee hee hee....yup. That's what he appears to be doing. I PROMISE I didn't put tuna fish or anything like that on his mouth to make him do this. The difference in time between shots had to be about 1 or 2 seconds.
But it DOES say something about his personality and his disgust with me constantly photographing him when I bring my camera over there, doesn't it? :D |

Gorgeous cat! |

Oh Samogram, please don't let him hear you say that. His ego is already too much for them to live with! :D :D :D LOL!!! I think my BIL would have tossed him out the window a looooong time ago if this cat didn't so obviously worship him.
It pisses my sister off to no end that she feeds him, changes his litter, loves him profusely, defends him when family members call him things like "Thanksgiving Turkey" and "Stay Puft Marshmellow Man" (He's on the chunky side), yet he prefers to KISS my BIL and play with him more than he cuddles with her.
What I find amusing in all this hero worshipper stuff is the fact that, since they changed the location of their bed to under the window, this cat WALKS over my BIL's face to get to the window to look out. Sometimes (because he's a chunky butt) when getting behind the blinds over the window, he'll *WHACK* my BIL in the head with the bottom of the blinds.
I sometimes wonder if my BIL thinks my sister TAUGHT the cat to do that on purpose. I don't know if he's outright asked her this, but I DO know I think she'll play innocent just to draw out the revenge.

Just because my sister hates it, here's more pics of the furry poop factory. THIS is what she defends him against, while the cat lavishes love on the man who laughs when we say things like this:
hee hee hee hee....speaking of sisters, I have to go get ready. I told her I'd have the pics down to her today and I'm SURE she's going to take the negatives away from me! :D :D :D

Awww....how sweet! Someone's gonna have to show me how to put in pictures so y'all don't have to click on a link. You're cats are really cute, Beth!
And Crank...you should be ashamed of yourself!
I showed this link to my sister while I was visiting and she just about had a cow laughing at it. |

The original two pictures were cute enough, but then Crank gets a hold of one and there goes my composure.
Thanks for the laughs! |

Well we loved Crank's pic so much that my sis is putting it on her desktop. I'm also using parts of it for my avatar. Suits my feelings some days.
Here's another one, same cat about 3 years ago after BIL got him high on catnip. My sister thought she'd confiscated the photo, but didn't realize that I could reproduce it with the negative via scanner. I also souped it up with text because, well, that's what he looked like!

But he also takes a beautiful pic, too. This was one of my experiments with B&W that turned out very well.
