Posted 09-26-02 08:17 AM I watch it every day--I have all the books ever written about Buffy and based on the show--I watch Angel too and have all the books on his show as well. You could say that I am a touch obessive when it comes to Buffy and Angel. I am dying to know what you think about Spike--is he vampire with a soul or is he back to being human?? I am still in the dark about that one. I noticed the injuries that he had haven't healed and aren't vampires suppose to heal quickly like the slayer??? Can't wait to find out more. And what was with the opening scene?? Is that going to come back to haunt us later???
[Edited by MzEeyore] I am seriously Disney obsessed and need lots and lots of help. Anyone know where I can get it. LOL

LOVE your avatar!
Angel season premire is in two weeks and I can't wait
because his son stuffed Angel in a coffin and dumped
him in the ocean! And his fakey father staged the
murder so he could pit the son against the father.
What a nailbiter!

Oh I so want Spike and Buffy together! Just so I can see more of him half naked! I thought he was like Angel you know when he cm back after Buffy pushed him in that portal thingie. He came back a little screwy in the head, but now that you mention it maybe he is human...Oh that would be too good! Hey is it tuesday yet? When you wish upon a star......

Posted 09-26-02 02:31 PM I am getting ticked lol I have to go with Direct tv and they don't carry my local stations which include UPN and WB--how am I suppose to get my Buffy and Angel fix now!!!!!!!! My poor step dad is going to have to tape these for me or I will lose my mind.
Can't wait for the Angel premiere.
And by the way--why was Buffy at the end of the ever changing villians at the end?? First Warren, then Glory, then Adam, then the Mayor, then Dru, then the Master and then......... Buffy--what gives on that--are they saying that Buffy could be evil????
And now that Spike has a soul--does that de-activate the chip in his head--too many questions---too much time between Tuesdays lol

I'm a thirty year old with 2 kids and I'm a huge Buffy fan! Even my kids love to do the "Buffy Dance" to the theme song. The season opener was great, although I hurt my hand banging it on the arm of the sofa when the Mayor appeared. "A crib is a bed with bars on the side of it. It's kind of like a cage at the zoo. I just started watching Angel this season, and I've really been enjoying it. I'm just sad that it looks like that's the last we'll see of Holtz (fakey father... hee!). He's kinda sexy... Only half?! ;-)
Next week's episode is titled "Beneath You, " sort of like that line in the ep Fool for Love where Cecily (whom Spike/William had a crush on) turned him down by telling him that he was beneath her (right before Dru turned him into a vampire). And Halfrek is played by the same actress who played Cecily. Any thoughts on that?
Did anyone else buy the Buffy Muscial CD? It just came out Tuesday. I've been listening to it non-stop. It's really good, but it's disappointing because all the dialogue has been cut, even the lines that worked with the songs.

OK girls what did you think?
Let me start by saying any show with Spike half naked is fine by me.I love what he did to Anya when she was going to spill the beans and whats more was the look on Buffy's face when he toldher about the "spark!" When you wish upon a star......

Oh Peggo--the musical was awesome and I learned a few things from it:
Spike did the Billy Idol thing and my friend managed to track down a video tape of him (she taped all of his MTV videos) and I got the joke! :-)
Giles had a very nice voice and so did Tara.
However the singing and dancing demon looked so familiar with his tap dancing but I could not place him. He had a great voice also so would you have an idea who he is?
You know what? I should have had made my DH tape the
musical but I watched it as I sat by my little boy
at Shriner's hospital as he recovered from 8 eight
hour surgery on his spine. I don't think I could ever
survive that nightmare without my cochlear implant
because it was incredibly reassuring to hear him breath
so softly and cough/sneeze in a cute way every now
and then. The musical really made me feel better.

Awesome show! But I got the impression that Spike wants to commit suicide when he hugged the cement cross so the pain of having a soul is too much for him. I wonder if Buffy will compare Spike to Angel later on in the show. I remember watching William (pre-Spike) composing poems to the girl that he loved and how she stomped on his heart so I was shocked to see her back.
Halfrek knows William pretty well and she is best friends with Anya. Xander won't make the effort to make up with Anya and that puzzles me.
What about Dawn.....will Buffy tell her about Spike? Is the new principal hiding the real reason why he asked Buffy to be a counselor?
Hmmmm.... Janie

His name is Hinton Battle, and he's been on Broadway. "A crib is a bed with bars on the side of it. It's kind of like a cage at the zoo. Except with a crib, you can put your hand through the bars. And the baby won't pull you in and kill you."- Junie B. Jones

As cute as Spike is when I found out his real age it kind of creaped my out to see him with the younger characters!
But yeah, Buffys my stupid tv show of choice! While Eeyore frets, and Piglet Hesitates, and Owl pontificates, and , and Rabbit calculates, Pooh just is
