HELP! I NEED interview dust by the bucket load! It is not beneath me to beg right now  I have been an at-home mom for so long I feel like I have forgotten how to relate to other adults in general, not to mention in a work environment, lol! But, getting a job is the first step toward my new life. I have my first job interview tomorrow at 10am and I am soooooo nervous. I really want this job. The HR person used the dreaded term "over-qualified" on the phone with me already, but I want to convince them that the job IS what I am looking for, and as a bonus the flexibility would allow me to continue to be involved with DD's school. I'd really appreciate any spare dust you can throw my way... Hey Janie, how 'bout some dust balloons for me?

I know where you're coming from. I'm also trying to manufacture my own interview dust for the many interviews I've been going on lately.
Just tell yourself this: if this job is supposed to be mine, no amount of flubs and nervousness is going to change that fact. There have been several jobs I've applied for in the past two years that I haven't gotten. I've come to find out later that I would have been totally miserable in these jobs dispite how much I was convinced that they were perfect for me.

I'll be suffering through interviews midsummer and isn't it funny that I'm dreading them already? LOL
