What kind of FTP software are you guys using to update websites and so forth?
Have you had problems because of firewalls with any ftp programs?
I downloaded WS_FTP Pro, and I'm getting nowhere fast and NO help from my isp's tech support on why I can't see thier directories.

Does it connect? Do you show anything in the right pane?

I don't see thier directory in the right pane. I does seem to connect and I've verified that I'm naming thier direcotory correctly, but in the log it says no directory exists.

You may try opening anything in the right pane and look for the directory. Or try closing the directory.
Is the directory in the url?

I've tried working with the FTP my ISP wanted me to use...and they've subsequently been no help (I mean ZERO) with support either.
Sorry. Wish I could be of more help to ya.

I really like it, and have not had any problems with it. I have my firewall set pretty high, too.
