Hello DSorceror, I have a very serious
question regarding your topic title here, "So where Can I Kick some
YKW2 Ass?"
The literal meaning of this is "Where can I go to
cause YKW2 physical harm?"
You know well that KUH, a cohost
with YKW2 at the clubhouse, has recently receieved both harassing
calls at his Vets office and outright Death threats. While there are
other intepretations of this thread title, this context gives your
posting a very ominous sound. At best it is in extremely poor taste.
It turns from ominous to deeply disturbing, when one
realizes that just yesterday you said this:

As you know, I am the former host of
the Boiler Room.
I also recieved harrassing phone calls two
days ago, in fact, four of them in a row. The first time, when I
knew who the caller was, I simply stated that I did not want to
speak with that person, and that I did not want that person to call
back. The second and third time, I simply clicked the phone on, and
then off, as my caller ID showed it was the same phone number as the
previous caller. The fourth time, I repeated, pretty much what I had
said the first time. I heard the calller saying something like "How
would you like it..." as I hung up the phone. These calls came one
right after the other, and to be honest, left me a little shaken. I
am the victim of a violent crime, which occured many years ago. I
suffer from post traumatic stress disorder because of that. These
calls brought many of the emotions back that I felt then. I, in
fact, could not get to sleep that night, and had to take medication
to ease my anxiety.
The calls were made by a friend of
YKW's, who also hosted a room while I was hosting. I know this
because the person siad the person's name at the beginning of the
first phone call.
So, it would appear that I am one of the
hosts recieving harrassing calls.

things can get out of control and get very misleading? Saying "that

thread." could be turned on you since you did not say, in my opinion
you MAY do harm. BTW, saying that someone is going to kick some ass
on the internet is not a death threat or a viable threatening of
bodily harm. One must also have the ability to do so. If they are
not in the same town and it's just words, it won't go far. I can't
tell you how many calls I went on where the neighbor said, so and so
said they were going to hit me. Did they hit you? No but they yelled
it across the street. Unless the harm is done or there is plotting
to have it actually done, a restraining order would be recommended.
I don't know about anyone else but the post you wrote saying that he
is the most likely in the world would suggest to me since you appear
to be in the know (just my conclusion, feel free to correct) that
perhaps you suspect this person of doing the threat on that other
board? If not that's the impression I got. Another person is not
liable for the threats made by another. I'm sure the worst
politician has numerous enemies making threats against him and party
A is not responsible for what party B does even if party A has heard
rumors that party B has said something. Logic would tell someone
that the police are not running around picking up every person who
said they were gonna kick some ass on someone. Half the people in
Oklahoma would be in jail LOL There are steps such as restraining
orders people follow for a reason. The key is words followed by
actions. Cannot tell you how many times I had to tell people to go
get restraining orders because we could not do anything with a lot
worse situations than this. |

Ok I was going to stay out of this, but I MUST
say something now.
What makes you the judge of what the
literal meaning of any given phrase is? When I read that about
"kicking Dr V's ass" I took it as someone who was pretty fed up with
another someone and was expressing his frustration. I didn't see a
threat of physical harm in a bunch of words.
"Kicking
someone's ass" can also mean beating them at a game of soccer,
football, bowling, etc. I can also say I'm "Kicking ass" when I have
a system at 100% and running hot because I'm getting so much work
done. A song can have a "kick ass" groove. But, by your standards,
this phrase now must be banned and "zero tolerance" for the words
"kick ass".
If a person is so afraid of words that others
may say, my suggestion to them is to avoid places where they may
hear these words.

Absolutely not. "Other clubhouse leaders" have
the choice of visiting any website of their choosing and aren't
FORCED to go to any website. I have a bad reputation at a former
favorite clubhouse called the TMC (Trouble-Maker's Clubhouse) that I
left in Dec or Jan this year.
It would have been redundant,
silly, and generally a waste of time for me to re-visit that
clubhouse to search for instances of where my name was dragged
through the mud and then cry that I was Oh-so-hurt by these remarks,
boo hoo poor me.
I chose to NOT return where wasn't wanted.
I chose to live by the saying "What I don't know won't hurt me".(and
I STILL live by that saying) If there were "death threats" or
anything violent on the TMC that I could have construed as a "death
threat", it would only have impacted MY life because then I'd be
needlessly worried and paranoid about what some internet strangers
might have been saying about me.
Also, and as an aside, what
some oversensative people may deem as "voilent", others may not.
Proof of this is your interpretation that DSorcerer was intending to
do bodily harm to another person when I didn't see that this
intention was indicated at all.
Therefore I refuse to alter
my opinions and the way I expressed them based on narrow views of
what you might find objectionable.

involved before, even while we (people who were invited to the meet)
were there. You were not privy to anything WHILE you were were
there. My comment was "where can I kick some YKW2 ass" do you really
think I am gonna travel nearly 3,000 miles to bitch slap somebody
who called me a "low life"...nope, that is silly and you are
obviously a YKW2 pawn who YKW2 has sent to do something he hasn't
the guts to do himself. I choose to not kick your ass too...Let

I'm trying to see people through their words. I
don't see you as being here because someone sent you, I see you

have been reading both sides, but sticking with my 'home' for now. I
am waiting for ALL of the facts before I cast judgement. I know
there are a lot of great people from BOTH sides. But I just have to
say one thing.
I bet that YKW2 can beat up dsorcerer any
day:-). Sorry dude, but its guys like you, who are always running

I'm 49 years old, a Viet Nam Veteran, who has raised two sons
aged 26 and 24 who live in Northern California where I am originally
from. I live in Michigan, married to my best friend who I met on the
internet first, and met face to face at WDW. I have two step boys
aged 16 and 6 that Lori and I raise now.
I have been working in
the communications industry for about three decades, My favorite
color is blue, I love all things Disney, and was able to meet Walt
Disney in person as a little boy. I will take to task any jerk
webmaster or anyone else who refers to my wife as a "gump"

seem to show such nice qualities sometimes. So, I ask you, why do
you go and say the things that you do? I know that you were hurt. I
know that you get upset. Why do you go and post silly things about
YKW2? Is it really worth your time and energy? Does it really make
you feel any better to write these things? I dont get it, REALLY, I
dont! If you hate him so much, you should try and forget about him.
I am sorry for what he said to your wife. I would be defensive of
Jenine as well. But I think you are going about it all wrong. Maybe
you should just write him a letter and tell him how you feel once
and for all. Explain NICELY how he hurt you and your wife. I think
that even if he does not reply to you. YOU will feel better and
maybe have some closure. Please try it. These comments about beating
him up are only making things worse and building more hate in you.
They are not"helping you through it, by talking about it in the
open". I DO beleive in this place and its founders. I think that we
all need to discuss RATIONALLY, about how we are feeling. Some of

I have NEVER said I was going
to beat anyone up that is simply foolish...I said " where do I go to
kick some YKW2 ass" And I have to some extent. I have attempted to
talk to him for almost 18 months... He has always shut me down or
has hid behind chatworth, pluto and igor..and at times even YKW. I
am here to see if he can ever come out in a public forum to actually
have anything to say. I really don't care about most things, but
even he has to stand up for himself...He has hurt lots of
people...Lori and I really find him amusing, and self absorbed, as
do most people who cheer us on by email daily...and these are RCH
folks dude...as they have been for over two years. At some point

himself...Have you seen it? Nope

am sick of hearing the word "hate" being used so flippantly that is
used so much by the "staff" and others that have come to this board
to defend them. I welcome you here and i hope we can all have a
civil discourse at least once wherein the word "hate" is not
uttered. The use of this word is offensive to anyone who has lost a
friend or a loved one to a real "hate" crime. Do you think Matthew
Sheppards mother would agree with the "staff"'s interpretation of a
"hate crime"? DO you think that the family of the victims of
suspected anti abortionist bomber Eric Rudolph would agree with any
of this being "hate"? The "staff" claims to be forging ahead to
cleanse the internet of all the "hate". Are they making any efforts
to shut down any White Supremist, Anti- Semite, Anti Gay, ultra
right wing anti abortionist, etc, etc, etc. websites?
Mickeyyoursofine, you seem to have taken a personal
disagreement with ONE member to futher your agenda of calling people
"haters". I strongly disagree with the BC practices but that doesnt
mean I hate anyone. I know you are not YKW2 but your tone and
writing style are very similiar and you both espouse much of the
same views. I welcome your input here and I hope you continue to
post but please leave the "hate" out of your discussions. DO you
truly believe there is anyone one individual on thie board that
truly "hates" another person?
There seems to be a movement
in this country along with all the politically correctness to
demonize others who do not share a particular view. For example,
when people disagree with homosexuality they are called homophobes.
When white people disagree with the NAACP they are labeled racists.
I assert that no "hate crimes" have taken place here.
Furthermore, i find it hypocritical that the "staff" commits
the same offensive actions that they protest so vehemently that are
being committed against them.
One example is how they first
accused DIS and Cathy Canada(correct me on her name if i am wrong)
of being among the "haters" and then later said oh what we meant to
say is that we recommend them to our gentle readers as an example of
a well run site. Are they friend or foe? Make up your mind here?
There reasoning for this is becaus ethey claim that they are in the
midst of an investigation and new info is turning up everyday.
Excuse me, if i am going to complain about others slandering or
posting mistruths and false information, i would make damn sure that
i had all my facts straight before i went public with a statement
such as the "manifestos" that have been published by the "staff".
ANything less would make me and my claims less credible.

Yes, I truly believe DSorceror hates YKW2. I
believe that is absolutely the most accurate word for it, and I do
not use that word lightly.
If I didn't believe this, I

have taken it seriously as a threat.
I am seriously
concerned that DSorcerors hatred for YKW2 has been spinning out of
control for months and wonder where it is going. It should have
abated a little after all this time instead of escalating as I see
in here.
