Hiya Dab!
Today started out very badly. I was woken up at 2:00am to the sound of the furnace trying very hard to come on, but failing badly. I stayed up and called my furnace guy at 6:00, he was here sometime around 8:30 and took the thing apart. He thought it might be a circuit board, but was able to get the thing going again after cleaning out the plugs.
The good news? He didn't charge me anything! His words were "Let's wait and see if you need a new board. If you do, we can put the two bills together. If you don't have any problems for the next couple of days, I'll stop back by or mail you the invoice for today's visit" What a nice guy!! :D :D :D
Since then, I've gotten a little sleep and feel lots better since the furnace is working again. The bad news? I'm trying to figure out how to make up a song that says "I'm going to Kill Dab" to Barry Manilow's "Can't Smile Without You". I'm sure you can guess which Manilow song is going through my head. :D :D :D LOL!!!!! |

Great day! Thanks for asking, Dab:) It's a New Moon in Capricorn today so I spent my afternoon in the garden, planting a tree and flowers, singing, burning Mayan copal, and generally enjoying the beauty and wonder of it all; >)

Getting some much needed work done around the house AND managed to find time to do a science project with my grandpoopsie.
Oh and excellent choice of music, yep, it's some of the best for workout, JMHO though.

Not great! Since I got off the plane last night I have just wanted to go back to WDW. The good news is that YKW2 wants to go back at his spring break. Woo Hoo! Can I be that lucky to get a 4th trip out of this AP?! He also says that when we go back (not if) he wants to actually have dinner with Ahnalira & Alan. He really liked meeting everyone on 12/30. He asked about your travel agency so if we don't buy into DVC by then we will probably be checking you out. I usually do the planning myself but if he wants to... |

OLP Travel is the best, Mary! My travel pixie there is Laura. She was so super to work with, and really tries to get you the best deals. They are always calling CRO, so they check on every reservation when they call, to look for better rates. So, even if you think you got a good rate, they will get better if it becomes available. The best part is it doesn't cost you anything extra to let them do the work! Laura is so patient, too. I think I had her check every resort on property before I decided where to go the last time.

We got a storm last night, so today was spent digging out. Tim and I went and did some errands, and it looks so pretty out there. It iced before the snow, so the trees were all glistening.

I'll second Francine's endorsement. Beth W got me a FANTASTIC rate on the All-Stars AND an almost unheard of rate on a rental car! I also like the fact that they keep checking to find better rates...but I think I'm already at the bottom dollar now.
I also understand that OLP will book PS's and/or other reservations (like Illumination cruises?) but I don't know any first hand info about that because I just like to wing it when I get to Florida.
If you go through OLP, Mary, I'm sure you'll have just as wonderful results as I did! :D :D :D |

Can someone pass me an email addy or url for OLP Travel? We're planning a LARGE family trip for December 03, and this is the first trip to WDW for one of the families involved. I'd like for their experience to be a good on. I'm hoping to convert them, ya know? It sounds like OLP Travel might be just the ticket.

I'm also considering OLP as a travel aid next trip. I just wish I knew when that was going to be. Hummmmm maybe a super deal would give me an idea of when would be a good time. I realllllllyyyyyyyy need to get back to WDW. It's been too long. |
