Actually, Crank...I thought the boomerang suited you. The ducky was more suited to Robb because he has a baby in the house. Now that FACE you had up there for a few minutes, that was just WRONG man!
[Edited by Lunarlady]

I still think the face icon he was using last night looked like Janie's self portrait with the crayon scribblings all over it. Next party, Janie should use that one, if she ever lowers herself enough to join us heathens on a Friday night!

Lower myself?? To what level? 7th level of Dante's hell? You guys gotta stop partying until the dang Holidays are dang over so I could join the dang chat and see what you dang guys talk about.

(off to clip my nose hairs)

Janie

Dang it! Dang it! Dang it!

Paul F Just wanted to crawl out of my cave long enough to say how much I enjoyed the party last night. After the holidays does Baby Jesus get put away for another year?

We can only hope so!

It was great to meet you after all these months! Don't be a stranger. :)

Tink *~*~* Hi Paul. It was great to meet you last night.

For other holidays, I am sure we can come up with other items, such as:

New Year's - Baby New Year
Valentine's Day - Baby Cupid
St. Patrick's Day - Baby Leprauchan
Easter - Baby Bunny (I don't really want to know what LL would do to a photo of a crucifix...)
Passover - Baby Moses (complete with reed basket to float downriver)
US Federal Holidays - Baby Uncle Sam
Halloween - Baby Monster Mash
Thanksgiving - Baby Pilgrim
Hannukah - Festive Double-Duty Menorah (keeps itself lit)

judy couldn't get into chat - it wanted me to download something to enable the chat - comuter froze up.
i know, I gave up too easily - I played RCT2 instead - I have a new favorite computer game.
12-29-02 12:00 AM
Robb I was in the chat, while I was planning to play RCT2!!

Ride trading anyone?

I'm not up to that yet - I didn't say I was any GOOD at the game, just that I like it. It's extremely addicting - the kind of game you intend to play "for an hour" and when you look up, several hours have passed. And then you keep right on playing.

Coastalwader Back when I was playing RCT1, I thought it might be interesting to take a very large blank map and divide it into 3 or 4 sections and then let 3 or 4 people build a park. Each person would take a section, work on it at thier leisure and then when finished, forward it to the next person.

I don't have RCT2 yet but I'm sure I'll pick it up within the next couple of weeks. If anybody is interested in a compilation park, let me know.

fantayzya Figures, Paul showed up at the party and I wasn't there.

Darn-it!!!

It's great to see ya Paul! Don't be a stranger.

While you can't combine park lands in RCT1 or 2, RCT2 does allow you to develop rides with scenery. That way you can develop a map, and a series of rides and then put them together.

I'm not that good at it either, I just have been playing it for a while.

Well, I mean one shared file. One person starts it and then when they are done, it's forwarded to the next person via email and then rinse and repeat until the park is finished.

But, glad to here the option you are speaking of is available in RCT2. Might not wait the 2 weeks!

VanBrujah Check out Zoo Tycoon. Lots of fun, AND my favorite part:

Build a wall in front of the main gate, so that the guests cannot get out, then let all the animals loose. ESPECIALLY the dinosaurs (they let you have dinosaurs). The guests all panic and scream and run around, trying to escape, and the animals eat them. Seriously, they run after them and eat them!

Also, the guys at work and I have all been playing Age Of Empires I and II on our network, and I can't reccomend it enough. I can't wait to check out the new Age Of Mythology expansion.

This has been an unpaid commercial announcement.

GASP! I ADORE Zoo Tycoon! My daughter got one for Christmas and I've been playing that game and did the EXACT same thing! I even laughed manically!! I thought I was the only one who did it..(laughing manically) Nice to know that there are twisted minds on this board. Hehehehehehehe...

Uh oh...Tink is staring at me. (sneaks back to Goofy's HUGE board)

LOL, VB!!! reminds me of when we first got RCT1 - my son and his friend had a competition of sorts, to see how many people could be killed from one rollercoaster crash. If I remember, one way was a coaster called shuttle-loop, which had an open end. The coaster went up a steep hill, then back down to do a loop. IF they increased the speed, the coaster flew off the track. they'd watch the spot where it landed, and then place a bunch of guests on that spot, with no way to escape.
They also dealt with complaining guests by putting them in the water and having them drown. I guess these two will never work at Disney, huh?
Zoo tycoon, the one we have,, doesn't have dinos - is that an expansion pack?

Oh wow, now THAT just sounds evil and more than a bit cruel!

I LOVE YOU GUYS! :D

Peggo I also love god games.
I have Theme Park, the original amusment park sim, and of course The Sims and their many expansions. I just got Ages of Mythology...is that an expansion? Someone gave it to me for Christmas and I'm hoping I can play it without the original game.

annie My son's favorite thing to do with RCT1 is to make a ride that just ends, and send the riders flying off it. He also likes to flood the rides, and make mazes with no exits.

Don't know where he gets it from...

Disney now has one of these RC sims too. I can just see it now. A group of CM's rush over and erect the 'under construction' walls around your 'accident', while another others escort the witnesses away from the scene. :D

Don't look at me! All I did was to drop water balloons on you....maybe I did hit him. (innocent look as I walk away whistling)

:D

Karma *whistling and looking the other way* I didn't see a thing.

*psst, Janie* You might wanna consider getting rid of the evidence. Carrying a half empty package of deflated water balloons in your fanny pack just doesn't LOOK good, IF ya know what I mean.

At Disney 2 years ago I tried one of the cool coaster building games at Innoventions. The ride I made went like a million miles per hour and managed to kill all it's riders because it had a dead end. Does this mean I'm a sick person? Surely, building a guest killing ride on a computer while AT DisneyWorld isn't the norm, is it?

Color me quirky! :D

Yikes! (puts the bag in Crank's camera bag) Okay thanks for the warning. I'm gonna see if I can combine rampaging dinos with crashing roller coasters...Hehehehehehe.....

(stops and looks angelic) Balloon who? (gasp!) It was Crank! Can you believe it?! Crank, you bad bad boy!

Ruuuunnnnnnn!!!!

LOL!!! Imagine God as an adolescent boy! sending all sorts of disasters our way, and then snickering as he counts the dead.
