Dear Friends:

I just saw a post over in the Breakfast Club that reminded me of some of the great things we've been doing for Disney vacation consumers since the mid 90s.

We always provided our website visitors with a ton of toll-free numbers for making vacation reservations. Why should you have to pay for the call to give Disney your money? (No other hotel chain makes consumers do that.)

We are about to open the exclusive Magic Key Club, where you will have tremendous advantages over ANY Disney-vacationer on ANY other website on the Internet.

Here are just a few things we are planning:

We'll give you ALL the Disney toll-free numbers ALL the time, updated continuously.

We can help you lock in all those impossible reservations, especially CINDERELLA'S ROYAL TABLE. We have a 100 percent success rate!

We'll get you ALL the secret hotel DISCOUNT CODES at least one day BEFORE anyone else. That way you can scoop up a big discount for YOUR vacation before they are all gone. (We have inside contacts.)

We'll teach you how to "talk Disney" so you can get those upgrades and rooms and special privileges you want for YOUR vacation!

Now you tell us:

What other vacation-planning advantages and help would you like to have in the Magic Key Club?

Let your minds and imaginations soar. Anything is possible when we all work together.

YKW -->

Yeah, OK. I think NOT.

But let's remember that charging for breakfast
reservations is illegal.

Put that in your 100% rate and smoke it, riri.

And, the very saddest part of this is (IMHO) that there are those who believe it.

Even though it sounds like a cheesy sales pitch, it's much better than the hater-hactivist excuses from last month.

Interesting.
Now, the toll-free number I know of, I have access to because I have a Disney Club membership (didn't this used to be called Magic Kingdom Club, or something similar?) Anyway, anytime I've used it for reservations, I've been asked for my membership number. The toll-free phone number is one of the perks of being a disney club member.

So, does this mean I can start my own club, and charge people money for the tollfree number that Disney charges ME for? Doesn't sound right, does it?
oh yeah, and membership includes codes, which I will copy off another website for free, and post them on my exclusive website. AND - membership in MY club means that all you members can make PS's for each other, for whatever meals you want. You can't do that unless you join my club, because I said so.

Attention potential MKC members:

http://www.wdwig.com/
http://www.mousesavers.com/
http://www.disboards.com/

These three sites will give you all the information described in YKW's post, save the Breakfast Club stuff. You should only pay to join MKC if you want exclusive access to:

-- the bizzare rantings of a crazy woman
-- the crappy web coding of a mentally challenged hack
-- being branded an "angel" because you volunteered for the incredibly difficult task of dialing a phone
-- endless development of smiley codes that even a kindergarten student would declare to be "f**king lame"
-- up-close experience with mind control techniques used to establish and maintain cults
-- the opportunity to relive your junior high school days when your so-called friends ostracize you and savagely attack you at the whims of the floppy-hatted Heather in charge

If that sounds like a good deal to you, then go for it!
Repent! The end is near!

I really, really hope someone has forwarded YKW's promises to Disney. Promising to get codes for rooms by using an "inside" source is a good way to get your inside source fired.

And "We'll teach you how to talk to get the upgrades you want"? Um....does this sound like fraud to anyone else but me?

Like I said, I really, really hope someone forwarded YKW's promises to the Disney corporation. Since I don't go over there, I don't have the web-link to forward them otherwise I'd have done so myself.

That explains something.

Disney has toll free numbers for travel agents. They begin with a recorded message that includes a directive to call Disney's 407 number if you are not a travel agent.

They recently added a new prompt where the agent is asked to enter their IATA number before getting through. It's a nuisance, but they must be getting a lot of non-agent calls on those lines.

I've long held a suspicion that some members of the BFC have been using those numbers. (In addition to room reservations, travel agents can make dining PS's via the toll free lines.)

Shame on them if those are the toll free numbers that they're dispensing.

I guess people will believe what they want to believe. I think some people believe because she wrote a book they get inside information from an author.
Personally now, I just laugh at all of her crap she puts on her website now. Sorry if that offends anyone but I just cannot get past how any adult can read the FBI crap, the extortion stuff and still believe in YKW. I personally wouldn't want to be associated with anyone that spit that stuff out let alone post it for the world to see. Hello????? It's been months, where is that "update soon, they are getting hauled in soon, we will have an all day chat soon"??????????? Those felons, the FBI is coming!
Hello???? You've been made a fool of! Bet you haven't contacted the FBI to verify either.
I'm sure you will listen to more excuses with another update that just changes one or two words....me? I'm not that gullable. And yes, I'm in a real foul mood right now!
This was specifically for Deb,KUH,Tombo,Kat and the other ones who were told to rush and delete.

That YKW, she's good for a chuckle now & then. Wonder who their mole is inside Disney? My money is on that kid that runs the Turkey Leg cart in Frontierland.

Since I haven't filled the necessary damage reports to be given access to the Magic Key Club when it opens, I'll never know if she makes good on these promises. And, whether she does or doesn't, there will be other places in Cyberspace that Disneykin can go to get reliable and timely information AND be members of the Magic Key Club at the same time.

In my humble opinion, working to build out her website is a positive and creative focus, and there are folks who will love having access to it. I wish her success.

How many Disney sites have popped up during Riri reign of misinformation? How many do it with such ease, you have to wonder what is holding Riri back from delivering at least the appearance of quality.

I still stand by my first intuition: the attorneys at Disney aren't going to be too happy that a web site is promoting ways of defrauding them.

I am going to chime in here and agree with Ahnalira. YKW certainly has a right to build her web site. She also has the right to talk it up.

Will her info be easy to find on other sites? I would think so. Will she have info that no one else will have? I don't think so.

I am glad to see she isn't bad mouthing anyone with her latest post. She is promoting her web site, that's all. As long as she keeps the attacks towards others out of it, then I say more power to her.

I agree wholeheartedly Francine.

However, the info she promises and inside "dealing" she mentions is just asking "DisneyCorp" to step in, and rightfully so.

And you know what, Crank? I'd be glad to hold the door open for DisneyCorp, if they do decide to step in. I agree with you that YKW is asking for trouble from them.

And VB is right....Disney may indeed be winding up for that "Bitch Slap".

YKW is not thinking clearly, and hasn't for awhile. I don't know why she makes the choices she does. It seems like a "no-brainer" to most, that you don't say and do the things she has said and done, and retain any type of credibility. I don't get it. Most bizarre!

Well, I'm betting what she is talking about here is pretty commonly done on other sites. For instance...during periods where there aren't any AP codes or discount codes out there, there can often be an in-house Disney promotion to target specific reservation seekers. Last year during certain "non-discount" periods, they were offering savanna views at AKL for $165 a night. The thing was, you couldn't call and ask for rates at the AKL and get them. You had to call and ask for rates at say POR or CBR and then balk. THEN, they would offer the upgrade to AKL.

I doubt it's much more than something very similar to that type of scenario and it's widely reported on WDWIG and MOUSESAVERS. Both wonderful sites that happen to wreak of integrity and credibility.

I think YKW's dissing of WDWIG and all the other GREAT Disney sites was very well calculated move considering her audience. Hell, it wasn't that long ago that somebody questioned another poster on her site for steering someone to WDWIG since they had been told that YKW was basically going to sue WDWIG in her initial rant.(as if running a first class top notch Disney website was really a crime) They were told that all these great sites were involved in a conspiracy to bring the mighty RCH down. There can only be one you know.

Anyway, I agree with some of the others here....yeah, this is all part of the big plan, but at least she is off the hater rhetoric for a day or two. Face it, the faithful are buying it all hook line and sinker. Good for them, there are people out there that "need" to be fed this type of stuff in order to feel they belong to something. She's working a niche market, and I wish her well.

I agree Coastal.
But from a business point of view, the limitations are extreme.

If the long range goal is to simply maintain the current membership, this will work, but they won't have sufficient members to maintain the website without charging bucks.

If the long range goal is to increase the membership, this won't work. Potential members will have no interest in the requirements of being a member. Why bother when you can get more and better at the other disney sites?

If the only thing that the Magicalley has over the others is the breakfeast, then I don't see people "joining" just for that purpose, let's face it, how many times would you actually use that service? If the requirement to get that breakfest reservation is to pay for membership fees, then Disney will definetely have something to say about it.

It just doesn't make sense from a business point of view.

But anyway,....I am just glad she is laying off the angry rants.
