I bet that your IP never matched and that the "Powers that Be" told everyone it was your IP.

I believe it was reported a while back that they could manipulate their own logs.

They could have 'added' your IP address themselves for 'evidence'.

I asked a few of the server guys here at work.

To spoof a specific IP address and interact as that IP address on a website is not easy, and would require a fair amount of expertise on the 'spoofers' part.


I toss my cookies for Disney.

IMHO he really did not think he would get caught.
