Obscenity and related offenses
S 235.07 Obscenity in the first degree.
A person is guilty of obscenity in the first degree when, knowing its content and character, he wholesale promotes or possesses with intent to wholesale promote, any obscene material.
Obscenity in the first degree is a class D felony.
Wouldn't signing people up for porn spam consitute 'promotes'?

I would think this would qualify. Some of the filth he sent me is better classified as kiddee porn.
Where's the Sentinal when you need them? Wouldn't THAT make a story?
