Greetings, everyone!

This may not be the right board for this question, and if it isn't, please point me in the right direction, ok?

Question:

If you were to stay at one of the Moderate Resorts, which one would you stay at and why?
I am leaning towards Port Orleans French Quarter - the pictures look pretty.

Other pertinent info:

2 people
Going Sunday through Sunday, probably in September
going to try to cram in IOA and USF as well

trying to plan now for this year...

suggestions welcome!
(in reference to the trip, please)

I wouldn't F*@k RiRi with KUH'S Di@k!
and now, name that quote:

You'd probably have a wider audience in Dis-cussion but two words: Aligator Bayou!

Caribbean resort! It has been completely renovated and I loved those walks from the World showcase to the Carribean resort---yeah, there is a pathway and a little sign that says "To Disney resorts" in World showcase. We even sat in chairs next to the main pool (by the food court) at Caribbean resort and watched the fireworks at Epcot while we ate some late night snacks. Totally awesome!

'dems fighin' words Crank! French Quarter!

If you basically going to be in and out of the resort, French Quarter is much smaller than the other moderates. Not a long walk to the food court or buses.

I like the 'mini-city' feel of the French Quarter, and the jazz music piped in everywhere. There's also the boat you can take to DTD, which is a nice relaxing (but sometimes cold) ride.

I was a bit disappointed in the food court. I came back from DTD one night, figuring I'd get a bit to eat at the food court, but by 10:30 the only think open was the pizza window (blech). The don't even have the drink bar open passed midnight. Next time I went to DTD I just picked up something at Gourmet Mickey and brought it back to the room.

The food court at PO Riverside is only about a 10 minute walk.
I toss my cookies for Disney.

I wonder what inspired this new Disney T-shirt? "I'm right. You're wrong. Any Questions?"

Per Crank's suggestion, I have moved my question over to DIS-cussion....

I can't wait to see what everyone has to say!

I've never stayed on property before, so I have no idea what to expect....

Walk to Caribbean Beach from Epcot??? It's a good 10 minute ride by bus. Heck...it's a 10 minute walk to the food court!

Hehehehehehe....I adore walking and love to discover interesting things on my walks and those 30 minute walk from Epcot to CBR was a blast--my oldest and hubby didn't mind at all-- so that is why I was so upset when I found out the CBR was closed and had to choose Ft. Wilderness.

Next time !
