From Narcoossee's at the Grand Floridian.
One of my favorites!
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup light corn syrup
1 T butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
Pinch salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 heaping cup pecan meats
1 unbaked pie shell (Costco)
Oven 400 degrees
In a mixing bowl, combine ingredients in order given. Mix well and pour into the unbaked pie shell.
Bake for five minutes. Reduce heat after 5 minutes to 300 degrees and continue to bake for one hour, or until filling is thick. Cool on a wire rack. Serve at room temp.
MMMMmmmmm! This really IS good!
