Ok...can we have girlie stuff like where to get the
best deals on pantyhose (www.onehanesplace.com),
or the best deals on oversized clothing (www.justmysize.com)
or sexy shoes? (www.sexyshoes.com)
For those who don't like pantyhose (like me), you can
get some REALLY good deals on thigh-high stockings at
Justmysize.com. The beauty of stockings is that if you
get a run in one leg you don't have to throw away the
entire pair...just the one stocking. AND if you order
a few sizes up (I wear a 1X, but I've ordered 3X), they
come up to that junction at the top of your leg and
the elastic (or rubber...I can't tell what the material
is) doesn't roll or chafe as much as if you used your
regular size.
I've also tried sexyshoes.com and while the prices might
be up there, the quality is EXCELLENT and I can vouch
for thier wonderful shipping. I ordered on a Sunday
night and got my shoes on a Thursday morning - regular
UPS delivery. They have extreme shoes (6 in platforms?
I don't think so) to VERY sexy and reasonable heels.
(I'm most comfortable walking around in a 3 to 3 1/2
in heel when I HAVE to wear heels with a sexy dress)
I think they also have 2 1/2 to 3 inch heels, but you'll
have to look. They also carry sizes for extreme narrow
and normal to wide feet. I highly recommend this site
to the women out there who want to WOW!! their husbands
and/or boyfriends.

Uh oh!!! You just hit one of my pet peeves, Francine:
shipping.
I was watching the news the other night and they were
talking about web-sites that offer "free shipping" without
telling consumers that in order to get said "free shipping"
they have to spend an inordinate amount of money.
Since this is the savings board, I'm sure we can share
tips on stuff like that there. For instance: I recently
ordered some Biolage shampoo from a web-site, but I
had to go through three or four different websites before
the total cost of the three bottles was cheaper than
what I could get here in my local salon.
One place had a great price on the shampoo, but for
2 bottles shipping was $4.00, three bottles it was $8.00,
four bottles $12.00, etc etc etc. I'm sorry, but I don't
think the extra 12 oz's of shampoo is going to equal
an extra $4.00 in shipping costs.
Same thing with Victoria's Secret. I love their products,
but I'm not going to pay retail for them, hence I would
never reach the $100.00 requirement just to save $5.00
shipping. No sir.

I agree, LL. Shipping costs are a big deal with me,
and I shop online accordingly. I always check lots of
sites. I also use MyPoints to shop, and aquire rewards.
I usually shop the sales only, at Victoria's Secret,
twice a year. I stock up then, and usually get over
the $100 mark. I could go to the mall, but most of the
time the selection is better online. The trick is to
stick to sale items, and then you get the best deal.

Cool, a new room

I always check out http://www.currentcodes.com
before I shop online. You just look for the merchant
and any codes for free shipping or other deals are listed,
plus the criteria for using them.

Maybe you should look into Victoria's new Tanga selection
- very sexy and much more comfortable than a thong IMHO
Ok,
well maybe not on a guy, but fun to look at nonetheless...

They seem to stay up on me, but then again I've got
the dancer's thighs: right next to the body is about
3 inches smaller than the thigh itself.
And don't worry: that elastic/rubber is STRONG!!! If
you were REALLY interested in these, what you do is
go to Meijer's or Walmart or another store like that
and buy one pair (one or two sizes larger than what
you normally wear) and try em out for size. If you LOVE
them (I LOOOOOVE THEM!) then you order 'em off the JustMySize
website. You can get 4 pair (eight stockings) for $10.77.
Not a bad price!
Oh, and Crank: I'm very happy that I had already digested
my dinner when I read that part about you scraping your
thong. EEEWWWW. :-X
